PHOTO OF THE DAY
In April, the State Educational Institution “Farinovskaya Secondary School of the Polotsk District” launched a project of dynamic changes in the fresh air “Third Recess” for grades 6, 7 and 8.

“Third break” is not just a break between lessons, but a real explosion of energy and positivity! Children are offered not just to relax, but to spend time actively and usefully, recharge their batteries and prepare for the next activities.
What is the dynamic “Third Change”?
This is a set of activities aimed at making the break between lessons interesting, useful and varied. Instead of just sitting on their phones or wandering aimlessly along the corridors, the children will be able to move and warm up - short sports games, dance warm-ups, relay races - all this will help relieve stress and improve blood circulation.
Why is this important for grades 6-8?
This age is a period of active growth and development.
Dynamic “Third Change” helps:
• Relieve stress and fatigue: Active breaks help you recharge and prepare for the next lessons.
• Improve concentration: Physical activity helps improve cognitive function.
• Develop social skills: participation in games and activities helps develop communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Increase motivation to study: interesting and useful breaks make school life more attractive. The "third change" in action is:
• Fun and interesting: children are offered a variety of activities that take into account their interests and needs.
• Health benefits: Active breaks promote physical and mental well-being.
