From March 23 to 29, the State Institution “Polotsk Zonal Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology” held events as part of the Zero Injury Week on the topic: “Invisible risks!? Task: find and eliminate” in order to ensure the safety of workers in the workplace and prevent cases of occupational injuries by promptly identifying violations of labor safety standards.

As part of the event, an anonymous survey of the organization's employees was conducted in order to identify hidden problems in the workplace. As a result of the analysis of the anonymous survey, a number of problems requiring attention were identified.

At the meeting following the event “Zero Injury Week” with the heads of structural divisions and representatives of the trade union committee, we discussed the problems identified by the survey and determined a list of measures to create more comfortable conditions in the employees’ workplaces.

Other measures were also taken to identify hidden risks in the workplace. Every employee deserves to work in conditions that provide safety and comfort.

At the same time, we must remember that responsibility for labor safety lies not only with the manager, but is also the concern of everyone!
