A trip to the forest to pick mushrooms or berries can be pleasant and useful, but it is always associated with the risk of getting lost.
To avoid such situations, it is important to prepare in advance and follow simple rules.
🗺Before going into the forest:
⏺don’t go alone, it’s better to go with a group;
⏺tell your loved ones the route and expected time of return;
⏺study the map of the area, do not choose an unfamiliar forest for a hike, take a compass and a charged phone, and take a portable charger with you;
⏺wear comfortable, waterproof and bright clothes, a visible headdress;
⏺take water, medicine, knife, matches, minimal first aid kit;
⏺take into account the weather: on a cloudy day it is better to postpone the trip.
❗️If you go into the forest with a child, be sure to talk to him about the safety rules and make sure he is always nearby.
