From March 7 to 15, the republican action “For Safety Together” is being held.

Since the beginning of 2026, more than 200 fires have occurred in the Vitebsk region, in which more than 30 people died. Main reasons:

🚬careless handling of fire when smoking;

🔥violation of the rules for operating stove heating;

🔌violation of the rules for using electrical networks and electrical equipment. Most fire deaths occur at night, so we recommend installing a stand-alone smoke alarm in your living room so it can wake you up in the event of an emergency.
