On October 15, a dialogue platform was held at the Zaozersky House of Culture with the participation of the Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Nikolaevich Stoma, the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Polotsk and the Polotsk District Mikhail Evgenievich Gurinovich, the head of the sports and tourism department of the Polotsk District Executive Committee Evgeniy Valerievich Chistyakov, heads of healthcare institutions, education, culture, enterprises of the agricultural town, elders and members of the initiative group, residents of the agricultural town.

During the work of the site, the results of the implementation of the state preventive project “Zaozerye - a healthy agricultural town” were considered within the framework of the state preventive project “Healthy Cities and Towns”, as well as measures for the further functioning of the project. Residents were informed about a regional competition for the best state preventive project “Healthy Cities and Villages of the Vitebsk Region”.

The main activities carried out, the results of an analysis of the morbidity of residents of Zaozerye, and the results of a survey of residents on their commitment to a healthy lifestyle were announced. Residents voiced their questions regarding the improvement of the agricultural town, drinking water supply, the operation of retail facilities, and the equipment of sports and playgrounds.

The initiative group of Polotsk State University came up with a proposal to hold events of the project “Moose Trail - off-road running in Polochina” on the territory of the agricultural town of Zaozerye; the initiative aroused approval and heated discussion from those present.
