The goal of the action is to reduce the risk of fires in housing stock and loss of life, as well as to improve the culture of life safety among the population.
The following events are planned:
preventive raids and inspections of households.
instructing and consulting citizens on fire safety rules.
checking the condition of stove heating, electrical equipment and gas appliances.
work to identify and eliminate violations of fire safety rules.
monitoring the availability and serviceability of autonomous fire detectors (AFD).
Let us remind you that as of April 10, 2026, 38 fires had already occurred in the Polotsk region, in which 6 people died.
