We all want to be healthy and beautiful. Therefore, first of all, you need to pay attention to your diet. I offer eight rules for healthy eating:
1. Do not overdo strict diets. When there is a lack of nutrients, the body requires sugar to meet its energy needs. The result is extra calories and weight gain.
2. Breakfast should be complete. If your appetite doesn't wake up with you, have breakfast in two doses (juice or vegetables at home, coffee or tea and bread and butter at work).
3. Don't eat too fatty foods. Learn to read labels: exclude from your diet foods that contain more than 40% fat.
4. Do not give up foods containing starch: pasta, rice, potatoes can be eaten once a day, preferably closer to noon.
5. Eat more vegetables, especially raw or steamed, as they contain the highest content of vitamins and mineral salts.
6. Season salads with vegetable oil containing polyunsaturated fatty acids (sunflower, corn).
7. Your friends: fresh eggs, low-fat cheeses and cottage cheese, yogurt, skim milk, lean meat, poultry and fish - boiled, baked in the oven or cooked in an air fryer.
8. Your worst enemies: carbonated sweet and strong alcoholic drinks. The following are strictly prohibited: lamb, sauces, sausages, smoked meats, anything fried, mayonnaise, pizza, broth from bouillon cubes.
